Transport must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.  Your dog park session must be booked separately through our usual booking system online (or about to be booked).  To enquire or check availability, please message or call Pounding Pawz.  We will confirm the details of your journey, and the price before arranging your transport.  Once your transport is agreed, we will send you a secure payment link so you can make payment before collection.  Payment must be made in full before we set off to collect you.  Therefore, be mindful of the journey that we have to make before arriving at your home in a timely manner. 

Terms and Cancellations

Please be ready at the agreed collection time, as delays caused by customers may reduce the time available for their dog park session.  While we endeavour to get you to your session on time, delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents etc (outwith our control), may affect arrival times.  Such delays do not entitle customers to a transport refund or a replacement session.  Cancellations for transport, made with at least 24 hours notice will be refunded, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours` notice are typically non-refundable, as your slot has been reserved, although partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.  Furthermore, once our transport van has departed our premises, to collect your dog(s) and you, the booking is strictly non-refundable.  If Pounding Pawz has to cancel the transport, a full refund will be provided (also for your dog park session) unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
