Pounding Pawz Terms and Conditions
Pounding Pawz want everyone to enjoy their time here, so when you come to play in our paddock, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
: Your booking includes up to 4 dogs, but you can increase this amount up to a maximum of 8, at additional cost as shown on the booking page. However, please have enough people in your party in order to control and monitor the amount of dogs you bring.
: Your booking time (30 mins or an hour) includes your play time in the paddock but time should also be allowed for checking for your belongings, getting leads on dogs and getting your party in/out of the paddock, to your vehicle. Therefore, your play time should be approximately 25 and 55 minutes respectively.
: Please leave the paddock promptly so you don't infringe on other peoples’ play time.
: Remember to bring poo bags with you, although some should be available on site. Please pick up your dog poo. We also ask that if you see another dog’s poo, can you please pick it up too, as we understand that people maybe can’t always see/find their dogs poo due to the size of the paddock. This would be greatly appreciated, thankyou, so all can enjoy a poo free play area. If you feel it is too much of a regular occurrence, then let us know and we can investigate the culprits. Poo bins are provided (2 in the paddock and one at the gate).
: Please take your items i.e. toys, balls, litter, treats etc away with you so you leave the paddock as you found it. If you find anything left by previous users, can you please leave it in the lost pawperty box, or let us know.
: Try not to arrive too early, and please leave your dogs in your car until the other users have exited the paddock/dogs are secured in their respective cars. Please be mindful of other dogs possibly being reactive or fearful.
: Please do not enter the field, when others are still using it. Please have your dogs on a lead until you are in the secure area. You are responsible for any injury/outcome should your dog become untethered.
: Please ensure all gates are closed and secure upon entering and leaving the paddock.
: Dogs should not be left unattended in the paddock.
: Dogs should be up to date with vaccinations or titre testing, along with flea and worm preventatives. This includes puppies.
: Please refrain from attending the paddock with any dog that is unwell, ie cough, sickness, diarrhoea.
: Please respect other users. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and should be reported to us asap.
: No smoking is allowed whilst in our paddock. Thank you!
: Use of Pounding Pawz paddock is at your own risk. The fence boundaries are all 6 foot high, if your dog breaches the fence, then we will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to assess your dogs ability of escaping these boundaries!
: Any equipment in the paddock is for the dogs use only and not for any person to climb on. The said equipment is to be used only if you feel your dog is physically capable of doing so, its your call. Your dog should be covered by valid third party liability insurance. Also,
please assess if it is safe for the equipment to be used if conditions are frosty, wet or really windy.
: Be careful yourself underfoot in inclement weather. The field may be muddy in wet weather so wellies might be a good idea too. There is a small shelter in the paddock.
: Obviously we are in a country location with lots of wildlife around, so be aware of the possibility of little “presents” that the visiting wildlife may leave behind. The field is secure, so this should be minimal.
: Children are allowed in the paddock but please be aware that the field has not been made child safe, so children should not climb on the equipment, fences, gates etc, or be left alone in the paddock with your dogs.
: Pounding Pawz will not be held responsible for any illness or injury sustained by any dog or anyone in your party. So please be mindful underfoot of slippy, uneven ground, holes dug by dogs, fallen branches, toys being left etc, as these could potentially cause a tripping hazard. If you find something that you feel is unsafe or damaged etc then please inform us, because if we don`t know, then we can`t fix it, and we want everyone to be safe in our paddock. Thankyou!
: We accept no liability for injury or death of any person or animal using the paddock or equipment.
: We accept no liability for any losses, or damages to any of your property, including cars in the parking area.
: You are responsible for your dog(s), and any other member of your visiting party so ensure everyone is aware of the rules on site. You will be liable for any damage done to any property belonging to Pounding Pawz either by you, your dog(s), or any person accompanying you.
: The paddock should be totally secure, but if you find a breach in the fence or anyone in your party damages anything (accidents do happen), and you feel it is unsafe or dangerous, then again please report to us asap so that we can take the appropriate action. This may involve cancelling appointments, but an alternative slot will be offered if available. The paddock will be checked in the morning and at night but we rely on our customers informing us of any hazards or damage so please make us aware if needed. Thankyou!
: Pounding Pawz will not be responsible for any dog escaping from the field, this includes whether this was a consequence of a defect in the fence or not, unless we are negligent. Again we do rely on users to be observant and report any issues asap.
: Your bookings are non refundable but we will offer you another slot when/if availability suits you. Refunds will only be given, if Pounding Pawz have to cancel your booking due to any unforeseen circumstance at our end, or preferably an alternative slot will
be offered if suitable.
